Kenya - Kenya FoodThe staple Kenya food is based on maize. There is a sort of maize porridge called 'po-sho' (Tastes like it sounds!) The main vegetable seems to be a type of long-leaf spinach, which is cooked to death!
The Kenya food markets are full of fresh fruit and vegetables that we would recognised - not as round or straight as the EU Parliament would like - but fresh and tasty.
